Navora, a product of Resolt (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Navora API and website (navora.solutions).

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register for an API key, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information.

API Usage Data

We log API requests including Account ID, endpoint called, request timestamps, optimization mode/quality, navigation profile/preference, and response metrics. We do not store the content of your task locations, vehicle data, or route waypoints after processing.

Website Analytics

We may collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and pages visited.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate and authorize API access
• To monitor usage, enforce rate limits, and bill your account
• To improve the quality and performance of our routing algorithms
• To communicate service updates, maintenance windows, and support responses
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Retention

API usage logs are retained for 90 days for operational and billing purposes. Account information is retained for the duration of your account and for 30 days after deletion. Route and optimization request payloads are processed in memory and not persisted beyond the API response.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Infrastructure providers (Microsoft Azure) for hosting and processing
• Payment processors for billing purposes
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+), API key authentication, and secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request data portability

The Navora website may use essential cookies for session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. The Navora API does not use cookies.
